The Beginning
Born in Medan to immigrant parents, my first job was peeling garlic at age five to help put food on the table. There was no safety net. That environment taught me one thing: Control matters more than motivation.
The Engineer's Mindset
I trained as a Mechanical Engineer, working across Singapore, China, Japan, and Ireland. I learned how systems fail under pressure. When I transitioned into business, I realized most companies were built on "hope strategy"—hoping for referrals, hoping for deals.
The Turning Point
I committed to mastering sales systems. The results were immediate and mathematically predictable:
